Wall Street coverage of GBank Financial Holdings split in two directions following the bank's third-quarter earnings miss, according to a Simply Wall St analysis published by Yahoo Finance on November 1, 2026.

Jones reduced its price target on the stock to $25 from $35 while maintaining a Buy rating, arguing that the quarter's shortfall came largely from outside the core lending spread business and that the company's gaming-related pipeline is backed by early data.

Brean Capital took the opposite view, cutting the shares to Neutral from Buy and lowering its target to $15 from $26. The firm expects gaming payments to contribute little in the near term and said the company is refocusing on Small Business Administration lending and local commercial banking after trading at a premium tied to fintech and gaming growth.

Simply Wall St lowered its modeled valuation to $25 a share from $32, a reduction of about 22%. Its assumptions now carry revenue growth of 44.03%, up from 36.60%, and a net profit margin of 18.32%, down from 36.10%, with the discount rate roughly flat at 7.236%.
