Built around boilers and water heaters
Pipe & Plumber is a family-owned plumbing company working out of Whitinsville, Massachusetts, according to its website. The company says it has served homes and businesses across Worcester County for more than 25 years, operating under a Massachusetts Master Plumber license. Boiler work sits at the center of its business: the site lists new installation, repair and annual tune-ups covering gas, oil, combi and high-efficiency condensing units, as well as older hot-water and steam setups.
Around that core, the company says it installs and repairs tank, tankless and heat-pump water heaters, and handles toilet, faucet and other bathroom fixture jobs. A residential arm covers leak repairs, drain cleaning and full repiping, while a separate commercial plumbing line serves area businesses with drain and sewer work, water-main repair, leak detection and code-compliance jobs, the website says.
Pricing, incentives and a hiring push
The company says it quotes a price before starting any job and backs finished work with what it calls a satisfaction guarantee. On the boiler side, its website says a new high-efficiency system can lower fuel costs by 20 to 30 percent while making heat more even throughout a house, and it directs customers toward Mass Save incentives for heat-pump water heaters and efficient boilers, along with no-cost home energy assessments and financing options it describes as available through that program.
The company lists its coverage area as Worcester, Northbridge, Whitinsville, Uxbridge, Grafton, Milford, Sutton, Douglas, Mendon, Auburn, Millbury and Hopedale, describing itself as locally owned and family-operated. Its stated values are integrity, excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction. The website also says the business is expanding its crew, telling visitors it is "always looking for skilled professionals to join our growing company" and pointing applicants to a careers page.
Pipe & Plumber holds Massachusetts Master Plumber License No. 12579, the license number it displays across every page of its site.
