One owner, nine exterior services
See Through Window Cleaning, LLC is based in Belfast, Maine, and has been run by owner Jesse Rodgers since 2005, according to its website. Over that time the company says it has built out a full slate of exterior maintenance work alongside its original window cleaning: pressure washing, soft-wash cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, roof power washing, roof blow-downs, cobweb removal and antique glass replacement. The site describes both a residential side, aimed at owners of historic coastal homes, lakefront cottages and newer houses, and a commercial side built around scheduled maintenance for offices, storefronts, restaurants and inns.
The company says Midcoast weather drives much of its workload. Salt spray, seasonal storms and hard winters wear on glass, siding, gutters and roofing, and the business tells customers that coastal properties often need cleaning on a quarterly basis because of salt air, while most Midcoast homes do well with service twice a year, in spring and fall. For upper-story and hard-to-reach glass, the website says the crew uses water-fed poles and other safety equipment, and that cleaning solutions used on the job are biodegradable.
A guarantee and a standing crew
See Through says every estimate is free and carries no obligation: a technician visits the property, evaluates the scope of the job and provides a price in writing before work begins. The company backs its results with what it calls a simple promise — if a customer is not satisfied, the crew returns and corrects the work at no additional charge. The business also carries liability insurance, which it says protects both the customer's property and its own team on every visit.
The company describes itself as locally owned, saying it lives and works in Belfast rather than operating as a franchise or a side venture. Its listed service area covers Belfast, Camden, Rockland, Rockport, Thomaston, Augusta, Bath, Brunswick, Lincolnville and Northport, and its website says the crew also reaches as far as Ellsworth for exterior cleaning work. See Through Window Cleaning can be reached directly by phone, the website says, with no obligation attached to a quote request.
