LEAP Group's HumanView Bet Is That Analysts Still Beat Dashboards
The Louisville agency holding company's relaunched research service argues that unprompted customer behavior says more than any survey panel.

LEAP Group's relaunch of HumanView on Oct. 23, 2026, announced through PR Newswire, is worth attention less for the technology than for the premise behind it: that the most honest customer research is the kind customers never know they are taking part in.
The Louisville, Ky.-based agency holding company said the rebuilt service reads what people say and do on social platforms, e-commerce and review sites, search and user-generated content, including Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Amazon and Walmart+ signals it said general AI tools cannot always reach. Because that behavior is unprompted, LEAP Group said, it sidesteps the response bias baked into surveys and focus groups. For owners who have paid for focus groups that produced polite answers and no sales, that critique lands.
The second claim is the more contrarian one. LEAP Group said HumanView decodes records through validated statistical models — regression, correlation, clustering — and then hands the patterns to analysts, delivering interpretation rather than another dashboard. "Machines find the patterns. Humans find the point," said Alan Gilleo, chief executive of LEAP Group.
That is a direct rebuke of the dashboard economy, which sold businesses charts and left the thinking to the buyer. Models designed and benchmarked by data scientists are table stakes; someone willing to say what the data means is what clients are actually short of.
