Moishe Gubin, chairman, chief executive and founder of Strawberry Fields REIT, said the skilled nursing landlord now owns 142 buildings, up from roughly 33 in 2015, in remarks reported by TradingView on October 25, 2026.

Gubin put the real estate portfolio at $1.6 billion, with yearly investment of $100 million to $150 million and growth of about 8% to 9% a year. Rent runs at an annualized pace near $143 million across upwards of 15,000 licensed beds, he said. The company trades on the New York Stock Exchange and in Tel Aviv.

Leases typically run 10 years with two five-year renewal options and yearly increases of 3%, and are triple net, shifting operating costs to tenants. Gubin said rents have been collected in full each year for eight years and that tenant rent coverage sits above 2 times.

The company closed a $200 million credit line priced at SOFR plus 275 basis points. Net debt to EBITDA was under 6 times, leverage under 50%, and no sizable maturity arrives before 2029, he said. Adjusted funds from operations came to just under $74 million, with about half paid out in dividends.

Gubin said the shares changed hands at roughly 10.5 times AFFO against a 15.9 average for REITs, which he tied to thin trading volume of about $600,000 to $700,000 a day.
