Miami Bootstrapper's Remote Care Firm Hits 150,000 Patients
Nsight Health founder Michael Ciullo was named to Becker's Hospital Review's 2026 list of healthcare leaders under 40 after building the company without outside capital.

Nsight Health said on October 7, 2026 that its founder and chief executive, Michael Ciullo, was named to Becker's Hospital Review's 2026 "Rising Stars" list of 188 healthcare leaders under 40, according to a company announcement distributed by PR Newswire.
The Miami-based company provides remote care services and says it has taken no outside investment since Ciullo started it in 2021. Nsight reports that it now serves more than 150,000 patients, working with over 2,000 provider teams and more than 560 clinics around the country. The company says revenue roughly doubled plus 40% from 2024 to 2025, and that it placed 78th on the 2026 Inc. 5000 ranking of fast-growing private firms.
It is Ciullo's second healthcare venture to draw national attention; he earlier founded Nsure Healthcare Services, a revenue cycle management firm recognized by Inc.
Nsight runs six remote care programs, including remote patient monitoring and chronic care management, staffed by U.S.-based nurses and medical assistants. Its software platform, PRVNT, connects to more than 500 electronic health record systems. The company said Hippocratic AI selected it as a first preferred services partner and that Elation Health also named it a preferred partner.
Becker's selects honorees through nominations and its own editorial research.
