Josh Laferriere Electric Wires Hot Tubs and Saunas in Southern Maine

A residential list that goes beyond panels and outlets

Josh Laferriere Electric, a licensed electrical contractor serving Southern Maine, lists a residential service menu on its website that goes beyond routine panel and outlet work to include hot tub and sauna wiring, bathroom fan installation, and whole-house surge protection, alongside electrical upgrades and troubleshooting, panel replacements, emergency repairs, generator installation, transfer switch installation, EV charger installation, and remodel and addition wiring. On the commercial side, the company lists emergency repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting, and panel replacements for businesses.

Values stated up front

The company's site sets out three stated values. It describes integrity as transparency and honesty, in its words, "even when no one is watching." It describes quality as never cutting corners, from materials to execution. And it describes a customer-first approach built on listening and clear communication with every home or business it works on. The site also lists being licensed and insured, locally owned and operated, offering free estimates, and providing emergency availability among the reasons it gives for choosing the company.

A defined Southern Maine footprint

Josh Laferriere Electric names a long list of towns it covers across Southern Maine, according to its website: Portland and South Portland, Westbrook and Scarborough, Falmouth and Yarmouth, then on to Freeport, Brunswick and Old Orchard Beach, and further inland to Biddeford, Gorham, Standish and Sebago. The site lists a phone number and an email address for scheduling, and frames the company's mission as electrical work meant to make a property more comfortable, safer and more functional for the people who own it.

Josh Laferriere Electric lists hot tub and sauna wiring among its residential electrical services, alongside bathroom fan installation and whole-house surge protection, services the company groups separately from the more routine upgrade and repair work it also advertises.
