Justin and Nicolle Rose have taken over the Milwaukee and Appleton, Wisconsin, territories of portable storage franchise Go Mini's, the company said on October 13, 2026. The couple bought the two existing operations from a franchisee who is retiring, according to an announcement distributed through the International Franchise Association.
The buyers said they will keep serving current customers while updating the business's technology, operations and local marketing. Justin Rose, who works as a senior solutions architect in healthcare technology and has previously owned rental properties, will handle logistics, finance and operations. Nicolle Rose, who holds a Master of Public Administration and has worked in nonprofit management and public-sector communications, will take on customers, marketing and community relationships, including plans to join the local chamber of commerce and work with area schools.
The pair said buying operating territories carried lower startup costs than launching new ones. "Go Mini's fits our lifestyle," Nicolle Rose said.
Chris Walls, chief executive and president of Go Mini's, said ownership transfers let the company put new operators into markets that already have a customer base. The Fort Myers, Florida-based brand was founded in 2002, converted to franchising in 2012 and operates 114 outlets, with locations in 42 states plus Canada and Mexico.
