Oracle announced Oracle Fusion Claw on September 29, 2026, an execution runtime for users of its Fusion Agentic Applications that automates complex tasks at scale, according to Small Business Trends.
The product pairs AI reasoning with deterministic enterprise computation, which Oracle said allows companies to run deep research, simulations and continuous planning. It launches with 25 Claw-powered applications spanning finance, human resources, supply chain management and sales, and brings Oracle's agentic application portfolio to 75.
"Every organization is looking at AI and asking the same question: how can we use it to create measurable value for our business?" said Mike Sicilia, chief executive of Oracle.
The system operates within what Oracle calls an Enterprise Operating Envelope, a framework built around a company's objectives, policies and approval processes that limits how far automated systems can act on their own. Each completed task generates an Outcome Receipt documenting an audit trail.
Fusion Claw runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and draws on AI models including Gemini and OpenAI. Small Business Trends noted that adoption would require spending on training, infrastructure and risk management, along with governance to keep autonomous processes within company policy.
