Levi & Korsinsky said it is examining whether Twilio adequately disclosed a slowdown in its largest business before guidance was cut.

New York law firm Levi & Korsinsky said on October 30, 2026 that it is investigating possible securities law violations at Twilio Inc. after the cloud communications company lowered its revenue growth outlook and its shares fell as much as 17%, according to a release distributed by PR Newswire.
Twilio guided fourth-quarter organic revenue growth to 11% to 12%, down from the 16% organic growth reported for the third quarter, a gap of 4 to 5 percentage points. Management attributed the change to slowing growth in the company's largest business.
The inquiry centers on whether Twilio adequately disclosed that growth trend and whether its public statements met federal disclosure standards, the firm said. The release cited two earlier remarks by executives: chief financial officer Aidan Viggiano told an analyst on May 1, 2025, "No, we're not seeing a slowdown, Mark," and chief executive Khozema Shipchandler said on February 12, 2026 that Twilio had delivered accelerating revenue growth in 2025 along with wider operating margins and higher free cash flow.
Levi & Korsinsky, based at 33 Whitehall Street in Manhattan, said investors who bought Twilio shares and recorded losses may be eligible to participate, regardless of whether they still hold the stock. The release was labeled attorney advertising.
